keira started prep - preschool. it was suggested to us over a year ago by our family doctor and the sleep clinic...but i just wanted her home - they grow up to fast! but with her still not sleeping so well, and ian following in her foot steps - he loves to scream from 2ish to 5ish...good thing he's on the other side of the house. but when he screams like that, you can still hear him. anyways:) keira walked into prep, didn't even say goodbye to me...and she didn't want to leave at the end. she loves the stimulation and the interaction with kids. that's great! easy for us:) ian and i went home and had a wonderful nap. weird, but nice:) ian has had a couple showers, 2 more days till tub time! can't wait:) we've had a couple gorgeous days! love it! anyways, hope this finds everyone doing well!!! love from us:)

ian’s leg/foot

 

sooo…no baths yet.  he has to keep it dry for 2 days (he has a dressing on).  after that he can have some little showers – no baths for a week yet.  in the mean time we need to get a brace (AFO) made for him to wear day and night.  he has to wear that for a year – and hopefully that will go a long way to keeping his leg straight.  this helps his leg, and his foot…a little.  we still have the foot problem.  hmm…will see surgeon again in 2months after ian’s in the brace regularly and go from there….but looking at the foot…i’m having a hard time seeing a difference from before the surgery.  we’ll see once he’s walking

anyways, they said he was a trooper when they pulled out the pins, and he did well for xrays

 

so we hope this finds everyone doing well…and thinking of those 2 special ladies who are going to have babies soon!!!!!  yay!!!!

around the house…enjoying our last couple days of beautiful weather:)

all the different expressions and faces – love it  last pict is keira’s old bed (kev’s bed that he grew up on) and her new bed.  the old one has to go out – i was excited, the first time i bought a nice bedding set (love kijiji)…will update a pict of her bedroom once the old one is out  ian has less than a week to go before he may get his cast off – yippee!!!!!  keira and levi had their first swimming lesson this past week.  this was our first week of ‘cold’ weather…it’s all relative.  just feels so cold after 20+    hope all is well for everyone!
